Yes. DonorBase supports CSV import so you can bring your donor records over from your existing platform or a spreadsheet. Our team can also help you through the process as part of a consultation session.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy at mpcsolutions.org.

Not at all. All six modules are included in every plan, but you only use what you need. Start with DonorBase and GrantTrack, then turn on BoardView or FundFlow when you're ready. There's no pressure to use everything on day one.

The platform will prompt you to review your plan at renewal time as your org grows. You'll never be automatically upgraded or charged without your consent. All your data carries over seamlessly when you move between tiers.

I work with nonprofits, startups, and small businesses nationwide. The only exception: I cannot provide consultation services to organizations that provide full or partial services or programming to communities in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, or DeSoto Counties, either now or in the future.

No. I'm not an attorney or CPA. I provide best-practice guidance, tools, and templates, and I'll always let you know when specialized professional advice is needed.

I don't guarantee funding. I do help you get "grant-ready" by building strong systems, policies, and strategies. I can also help draft grants and LOIs as purchasable services.
